दोस्तों अगर आपको लगता है कि एक लड़की के साथ सबसे गलत काम बला’त्कार होता है तो शायद आप गलत हैं, इस पोस्ट को पूरा पढ़ने के बाद आपको यकीन हो जायेगा कि एक लड़की के साथ क्या और किस हद तक गलत हो सकता है?इस पोस्ट के ज़रिए आपको पता चलेगा कि एक लड़की के साथ बला’त्कार के बाद भी कई बार बला’त्कार होता है.

एक 14 साल की लड़की जिसका कुछ दरिं’दों ने बला’त्कार किया था वो अस्पताल में एक सफ़ेद चादर पर लेटी ये सोच रही थी कि कब उसका इलाज़ पूरा हो और कब वो एक बार फिर से सामान्य ज़िन्दगी जी पायेगी. हालाँकि अब सामान्य ज़िन्दगी की उसकी परिभाषा यकीनन ही बदल चुकी है, लेकिन जो कुछ भी है, वो उसे ही सामान्य समझ कर जी लेगी. वो अस्पताल में बेड पर लेटी थी और जिस वक़्त ये सब सोच रही है ठीक उसी वक़्त एक महिला नर्स वहां आती है और उसके शरीर पर पड़ा चादर हटा देती है. मासूम लड़की जबतक कुछ समझ पाती तबतक नर्स उसका सलवार नीचे और कुर्ता नाभि के ऊपर उठा चुकी होती है.

बला’त्का’र हुई पीड़िता अभी भी कुछ सोच समझ पाने में नाकामयाब ही थी कि तभी वहां दो पुरुष डॉक्टर आते हैं और दस्ताने पहनते हैं. इसके पहले कि वो कुछ समझ पाती या कोई भी कुछ समझ पाए, कुछ देर तक डॉक्टर अपना हाथ लड़की की जांघ पर फिराते हैं और एकाएक अपनी 2 उँगलियाँ वो लड़की की योनी में घुसा देते हैं. लड़की अब निशब्द हो चुकी है. उसे कुछ समझ नहीं आया कि उसके साथ ‘दोबारा’ रेप क्यों किया जा रहा है. ये सब समझ पाना लड़की के लिए बहुत मुश्किल था. डॉक्टरों का काम अब पूरा हो चुका था. अब डॉक्टर लड़की के शरीर से ऊँगली निकाल लेता है और उसे एक कांच की स्लाइड पर लगाता हैं फिर दस्ताने फेंक कर वहां से निकल जाते हैं.

14 साल की वो मासूम जो महज़ कुछ घंटे पहले कुछ नरभ’क्षियों के चंगुल से छूटकर आई थी, वो एक बार फिर दर्द से कराह उठी. क्या आप जानते हैं कि ना ही नर्स ने उस बच्ची का सलवार नीचे करने की उससे इजाज़त ली थी और ना ही डॉक्टरों ने उसकी योनी में ऊँगली डालने से पहले उसकी मर्ज़ी जाननी चाही थी. हमारे भारत में इसको इलाज़ का नाम दिया गया है. जी हाँ यही तो था टू फिंगर टेस्ट, यानी की बला’त्का’र के बाद एक दूसरा बला’त्का’र.

आपको बता दें कि रे’प पीड़ि’ता के योनी में ऊँगली डालकर डॉक्टर उनके निजी अंगों के लचीलेपन की पड़ताल करते है. इस इलाज से ये तय किया जाता है कि एक महिला अपनी सेक्स लाइफ में कितनी सक्रीय है. हालाँकि भारत में ऐसा कोई कानून नहीं है जो डॉक्टरों को इस तरह की मनमानी की छूट दे सके. जानकारी के बाद ये पता चला कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने 2003 में टीएफटी को ‘दुरा’ग्रही’ कहा था.जिसके बाद ज्यादातर देशों ने इसे पुरातन, अवैज्ञानिक, निजता और गरिमा पर हमला बताकर खत्म कर दिया है.

इस अमानवीय तरीके को बंद करने के लिए अब देश के कोने-कोने से आवाजें उठ रही हैं. अभी 26 जनवरी को भी ये ज’घन्य काम के खिलाफ दिल्ली में जमकर नारेबाजी और विरोध हुआ था.जिसके बाद ये मांगें भी उठीं कि, “टू फिंगर टेस्ट बंद होना चाहिए और सभी को इसके नतीजे का इंतज़ार है.

इस मुद्दे पर महाराष्ट्र के सेवाग्राम में महात्मा गांधी इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंसेज में फॉरेंसिक एक्सपर्ट और वकील डॉ. इंद्रजीत खांडेकर ने कहा कि इस टेस्ट का कोई वैज्ञानिक आधार नहीं है.” वो मानते हैं कि उंगलियों के साइज के हिसाब से नतीजे बदल जाते हैं. हाइमन और वजाइना से जुड़ी पुरानी बातें भी ये साबित नहीं कर सकती है कि लड़की या महिला की सक्रिय सेक्स लाइफ रही है. बंगलुरू के वैदेही इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ मेडिकल साइंसेज में फॉरेंसिक एक्सपर्ट और कानून के बड़े जानकार डॉ. एन. जगदीश ने इस विषय पर कहा कि इस तरह की दरार कसरत, खेल-कूद, चोट, किसी लकड़ी या उंगलियों के कारण भी पड़ सकती है. वे कहते हैं, “कुछ महिलाओं की हाइमन इतनी लचीली होती है कि सेक्स के दौरान भी आसानी से नहीं टूटती.”

ऐसे में ये सोचने वाली बात है कि अगर एक महिला के शरीर का हनन एक बार किया जा ही चुका है तो आखिर इलाज़ के नाम पर एक बार फिर उसे उसी दलदल में झोंकने का क्या मतलब है? और खासकर तब जब इलाज़ का ये तरीका बेबुनियाद और सटीक भी नहीं माना जा रहा है? दोस्तों आप सभी से अनुरोध और विनती है कि अगर ये पोस्ट किसी भी ऐसे व्यक्ति तक पहुँच सके जो महिलाओं के साथ हो रही इस ज्यादती को रोकने में समर्थ हो तो आपकी बहुत कृपा होगी.हमारी सरकार को इस अपराध को जल्द-से-जल्द रोकने के लिए सख्त-से-सख्त कदम उठाने चाहिए. दोस्तों इस पोस्ट को पढ़ने के बाद आप अपनी राय हमें कमेंट बॉक्स में लिखकर भेंज सकते है।
